Return/Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, send your items back to us within 30 days of your order purchase date. Products must be unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging and labels in place (if any). All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your order purchase date, or we cannot give you a refund or exchange. Additionally, any product returned that is used or damaged will be rejected and will not be sent back to the customer.
TheHolisticAmerican.com will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items sold using a coupon code or purchased from our Sale/Clearance Collection or tagged with Final Sale are FINAL and cannot be returned.
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We will happily replace items at no charge, if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include a picture of the defective or damaged item along with your order number. Requests after 3 days will not be accepted for either a return or exchange.
